This Equal Opportunity & Fair Access Policy (“Policy”) applies to all independent professionals (“Experts”) registered on the aipe Platform operated by FutureHuman Technology Private Limited (“Company”).

This Policy forms an integral part of the Expert Onboarding Terms and Platform Terms of Use.

1. PLATFORM ROLE & INDEPENDENT STATUS

1.1The Platform operates as a technology-enabled marketplace connecting Users and independent Experts.
1.2Experts operate as independent contractors and not as:

1.3The Company does not guarantee:
  • Minimum assignments
  • Earnings
  • Work allocation
  • Revenue levels

2. COMMITMENT TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

The Company is committed to providing equal and non-discriminatory access to service opportunities.

No Expert shall be discriminated against on the basis of:

  • Gender, Religion, Caste
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Sexual orientation
  • Marital status
  • Regional background
  • Political beliefs

All Experts meeting platform eligibility standards shall have equal access to service notifications.

3. SERVICE NOTIFICATION & FAIR ASSIGNMENT MECHANISM

3.1 When a User confirms a service request:

  • A notification (“Ring”) is simultaneously sent to all eligible Experts.
  • The request becomes visible on the Expert Dashboard and Mobile App.

3.2 Assignment Logic:

  • Experts may accept the request based on their availability.
  • The system automatically assigns the service to the first eligible Expert who accepts.
  • Once assigned, the service becomes unavailable to others.

3.3 The Company does not manually prioritize or favour any Expert unless:

  • Required for compliance
  • Based on skill/category matching
  • Based on geographic requirement
  • Due to temporary suspension or quality concerns

This ensures transparent, real-time, and opportunity-equal allocation.

4. AVAILABILITY-BASED ACCESS

Experts are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate availability status
  • Responding promptly to notifications
  • Keeping app notifications enabled

Failure to maintain availability may reduce chances of assignment but does not constitute discrimination.

5. PERFORMANCE & QUALITY CONTROLS

Equal opportunity does not override platform standards.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily limit visibility of Experts with repeated complaints
  • Suspend Experts for policy violations
  • Deactivate Experts for misconduct, fraud, or regulatory risk

* Such actions are based solely on performance, compliance, or risk factors — not personal attributes.

6. NO GUARANTEED VOLUME

6.1

The Platform operates on:

  • Real-time demand
  • User selection
  • Availability acceptance
6.2

No Expert shall have exclusive rights to:

  • Territory
  • Category
  • Client segment
  • Service type
6.3The Company does not guarantee minimum service allocation.

7. TRANSPARENCY & SYSTEM AUTOMATION

Assignment decisions are system-driven and automated.

The Company:

  • Does not manipulate allocation for favoritism.
  • Does not discriminate in notification visibility.
  • Maintains digital logs of service assignments for audit purposes.

8. EXPERT CODE OF FAIR CONDUCT

Experts must:

  • Treat all Users equally and respectfully
  • Avoid discriminatory language or conduct
  • Maintain professional standards
  • Avoid direct solicitation outside the Platform

Violation may result in suspension or removal.

9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Experts who believe they have been unfairly restricted may raise a written grievance to:

The Company shall review system logs and respond appropriately.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
