đź’łREFUND, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Use and applies to all Users of the Platform operated by FutureHuman Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By making any payment on the Platform, You (“User”) expressly acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

1.1All payments made on the Platform are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable.
1.2No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with Expert opinion
  • Delay by government authorities
  • Rejection or objection by regulatory bodies
  • Incorrect or incomplete documents submitted by User
  • Failure to respond to Expert communications
  • Non-usage of booked service
1.3Once payment is successfully processed:
  • The service is deemed confirmed.
  • Platform facilitation fee is considered earned.
  • The professional allocation process may begin immediately.

2. NO CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1All service bookings, filings, registrations, and engagements are non-cancellable.
2.2Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:
  • It cannot be withdrawn.
  • It cannot be reversed.
  • It cannot be cancelled for any reason.
2.3This applies irrespective of whether:
  • Expert assignment has been completed
  • Documentation review has started
  • Government filing has been initiated

3. NO RESCHEDULING POLICY

3.1Scheduled bookings, expert calls, or advisory sessions cannot be rescheduled.
3.2If the User:
  • Fails to attend the scheduled session
  • Is unavailable at the confirmed time
  • Does not respond during the booked slot

The session shall be considered delivered and closed.

3.3No alternative slot shall be provided.

4. GOVERNMENT FEES & THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

4.1Statutory fees, filing charges, registration costs, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable.
4.2The Company does not control:
  • Government approval timelines
  • Regulatory outcomes
  • Portal technical issues
  • Authority decisions

No refund shall arise due to such external factors.

5. PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)

Refund may only be processed in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but order not generated due to system failure

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours
  • Subject to internal verification
  • Refund timeline may take 7–10 working days
  • Processing delays caused by banks, UPI, or payment gateways are beyond Company control

* This exception does not apply to valid service bookings.

6. PLATFORM ROLE CLARIFICATION

As stated in the Terms & Disclaimer:

  • The Platform is only a technology facilitator.
  • Services are rendered by independent Experts.
  • The Company does not guarantee service outcomes.

Accordingly, dissatisfaction with advice, regulatory rejection, or business results shall not constitute grounds for refund.

7. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

7.1Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Legal recovery action
7.2Fraudulent refund claims shall be treated as misuse of the Platform.

8. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing payment, You confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Policy.
  • You agree to the No Refund, No Cancellation, and No Rescheduling terms.
  • You accept that services are process-driven, expert-led, and outcome-independent.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
